I am pretty sure I say that about all my dresses but I love, love, love (!) this dress. I bought it a long time ago at Topshop and have admired it ever since. It is one of the cutest things ever.

You know, I grew up close to a lake and have loved sail boats and the seaside since I can remember. Maybe that’s why I admire this dress so much? Who knows.
